1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as the products are unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used hair extensions, wigs, or lace closures.
All returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. After this period, we are unable to process your return.
2. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We are happy to offer an exchange for another product of equal or lesser value.
The returned item must meet the same requirements as a return (unused, unwashed, and in original packaging).
You are responsible for return shipping costs, and we will cover the shipping cost of the exchanged product.
3. Refunds
Refunds are processed only for unused and unopened items. Once the return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
If the return does not meet our return policy requirements (opened, used, or damaged items), we will notify you, and the product will be returned to you at your expense.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
Opened or used hair extensions, wigs, and lace closures.
Custom or personalized items.
Gift cards.
Sale or discounted items (unless defective or damaged).
5. Damaged or Defective Products

with clear pictures of the damage or defect.
We will gladly issue a refund or offer a replacement for the damaged or defective item.

Once we receive your return, we will process your request and notify you once your refund or exchange has been processed.
7. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product is damaged or defective.
We recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
8. Cancellation of Orders
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. After 24 hours, orders are generally processed and cannot be canceled.
